Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration & Cleaning

Mick, was easy to contact and work with and the process was actually effective at taking the stains out of the grout and tile. I will say, there were some areas that were not done well because he only used the machine to do the work and what the machine did not reach he didn't even go back and touch up. My issue was that after I realized after he had left that my stainless steel appliances had seriously discolored areas where the acid spray had been put down. I immediately called Mick and let him know what I saw and had happened. He told me that he had the ability to put down a protective paper and that he realized he messed up (not verbatim). I felt like there had to be a solution to the problem but come to find out no one wanted to take responsibility for the mistake. Mick did not want to pay (even though it was clearly something that could have been avoided if he had used a standard procedure method) and the insurance company did not want to take responsibility, although, I wonder if they would have done something had he paid the deductible that he later told me wasn't worth paying for the damage that was done. I will say that I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and the responsibility taken and for Mick to leave us in a situation with two messed up appliances that we will now likely have to replace before we move. They were in very good condition prior to the service. Take CAUTION when doing business with this company because, goodness forbid something happen, there will likely be little effort taken when finding solution to the issue.

Mick is outstanding!! He stripped, cleaned and resealed our tile & grout. I will definitely be using him again. Plus he's cute :)

Mick is the consummate professional. He takes the time to do the job correct the first time. He preps the area (which was totally unexpected) and ensures the hoses do not rub or damage walls or furniture. Mick was patient with me, as I asked questions to better understand the cleaning process; which by the way is second to none. I will use Mick's service again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to clean their title and grout.
