Rod was very conscientious and efficient. He had to work both inside our house and outside to clean the dryer vent that went up to the roof. When he came inside, he put on little booties over his shoes to protect our floors and he took them off when he went outside. He was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied before he left. We definitely recommend him.
