I first communicated with Al by text, he was friendly and professional. I sent him pics of my issues and we scheduled the inspection. He came out and inspected the property and provided a very thorough report, which is what I needed to show the issues in the house Im leasing. "The problem with Kaysie and her husband Jaxon Roberts is they asked for a inspection, they scheduled a inspection and the inspection was completed. What happened is they double booked inspectors and Jaxon admitting he was at fault for not canceling paid me a agreed reduced rate. Then that afternoon he decided he wanted his money back. He offered to give me a great review if I refunded him which I refused to do so. He threatened me with police action, said the sellers realtor said I entered the house unlawfully ( which she did not ) among other things all of which I have in writing. In the end I got paid for services provided which if you read my past reviews I'm am not nor have I ever been unprofessional. I stand behind my decision as does the realtors and broker involved in this transaction. It is amazing what level some people will lower themselves to because they made a mistake and then are allowed by a company like Home Advisor to post false statements on there website."

This company is the best home inspection company I have ever experienced. The owner inspected our new home construction. Although the home is built very well , He found items I never noticed, and found code violations (that could have been unsafe for my family) that needed repair that I would not have caught. He gave us confidence that all bases were covered prior to closing. He also is very knowledgeable about current fixtures and appliances, and other items being put in new homes. He invited me to call him in the future for questions about improvements I will make to my home to make sure I m doing it right. He will be our home consultant . I chose Al because of his years of experience and knowledge of septic systems. He got to the property early and did as complete of an inspection as I've seen. I'm a realtor and don't often see inspectors who actually walk the roof and crawl under the home. Al did that and more. His consultation about his findings was very informative and in language anyone could understand. He is very patient and provides a top notch service which represents a great value.
