Very thorough on time

Very thorough and walked me through every detail of the inspection. Was able to schedule inspection for less than a week after initial conversation. Used drone for Ariel views that I thought was extremely useful. Would definitely use again!

Very affordable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them to do the inspections.

My inspector was prompt and extremely thorough when explaining everything . He also went the extra step of sending me photos and explaining the entire process to me . Thx Justin Fawson

Fast response, great results, professional from start to finish

Very friendly, courteous and thorough.

Very detailed and thorough.

Great to work with Very through and I like the fact that I was able to be with the inspection the entire time Very helpful and informative

Mr. Fawson was thorough and willing to slow down to answer any of my questions during the inspection. He gave me honest advice from what he gathered about the property and I had a full report emailed to me in less than 12 hours.

Justin was very prompt, wrote a nice report with loads of photos, and used a drone to inspect and provide video of the roof. We like that he represents the buyer fully, not just a rep of the realtors. We recommend him.

I highly recommend Justin!

Responsive, accountable and professional, thank you for your service.

Did an exceptional job with inspection. He was very thorough and was very meticulous. Identified both the "great" and the "needs attention" details of the property. He made sure I knew what the problems were by walking me through each of the areas that need to be addressed and explaining in detail what problem(s) may arise if not repaired or replaced. He also pointed out things and structures that were done well or exceptional features of the property. 5 stars and highly recommended!

Justin was great. He by far beat the price, customer service, & performance of all the other inspectors in the area. I would definitely recommend!

Very detailed

Justin was very thorough in completing the inspection. He was on time to the property and texted us to confirm he had arrived and was going to start the inspection. Friendly and patient in explaining areas that would need work.

Very thorough and provided detailed explanation on all areas of concern.

Justin was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He provided a very detailed report with recommendations on what to do for the areas of concern. We highly recommend him.
