In only one month Mike organized, contracted and supervised $30K of repairs at fair market prices on a handyman special I bought. 5 of the 6 the tradesmen he chose did excellent work and on schedule. That was phase 1 - the big issues. Now we will see how he does with the many minor repairs remaining.

We are very satisfied with the final product. There were some bumps along the way. However, all of our issues were addressed. The project took a lot longer than expected; however, we are very happy with the end result. To us, it was worth the wait.

So far it has been great. They are very knowledgeable and keep me informed. The designer is great and has given many ideas whih we implemented. The Contractor keep me informed of progress and is making the build a good experience.
