Mr Pomerich was cooperative, and customer-service-oriented. His work and that of his employees was thorough and he discovered additional work that needed to be done, about which I had known but had forgotten. The employees were courteous and completed the two chimneys in a timely manner. When the job was completed, I inquired about other work in a similar line (driveways), but he told me that he didn't work on driveways. I would have hired him immediately if he had answered that he created driveways as well. The work was excellent, and the price was reasonable for the work that was done, and very much in line with my estimates.

The only concern I have is that they were supose to come back to fill a gap between the brick and the frame, and they have not come back

"As I have discussed with the customer, this was not part of the contract and could be concreted up as it was a patch prior to us working by builder and that failed as ther was no support. But we did caulk it up to seal it anyway."

Ultimately completed the job and it was good. Had issue getting to come on originally agreed to schedule. Adequate clean up but some things missed.

"We try to always stay to scheduled, but weather etc. can cause some delays which are always told prior to signing proposal. As far as clean up, we always clean up everything, if the customer would have told me we would have come back. I can't think of anything not cleaned up as this is always a concern."
