Cornerstone Roofing and Remodeling

After a heavy rainstorm on a Saturday morning, I discovered I had a significant rook leak. I called Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling in Horseshoe Bay that morning and talked to owner Jerry Reyes. Within 2 hours, Jerry had a worker (Francisco) inspecting my roof and identifying my problem. Jerry then came to home and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He gave me an EXCEPTIONALLY FAIR price and had Francisco and his brother at my home Sunday morning repairing my roof (Note: The rain had stopped Saturday morning). The job was completed by mid-afternoon. Francisco and his brother were extremely polite and did a fantastic job. Would I use Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling again if needed? Without hesitation. Would I recommend Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling to someone that needed a roof or roof repair? Without hesitation.

We had difficulty in finding roofing contractors to come out to rural areas outside of Llano. We contacted Jerry and he came right out. I showed him the repairs that were needed to our metal roof and he informed me that I had hail damage. Jerry worked with our insurance company adjuster and ended up with not only repairing the main house but a two barns and cabin. Cornerstone came out and replaced four roofs. They did an amazing job. There were other repairs/remodeling we asked to be done in addition to the roofing. Jerry gave us a very reasonable price and the workmanship was great. I see reviews from Tayler Criswell, Moe Jamal and Oscar Grimaido puro rio Verde, that were 1 star, they had to have made a mistake regarding Jerry's Cornerstone Roofing company. There are other Cornerstone Roofing make sure it is the Cornerstone Roofing with Jerry Reyes. Cornerstone Roofing is professional, trustworthy courteous and overall a great contractor to work with and would recommend them all day long. I plan to use the Cornerstone on future property builds, because I would not trust anyone else.

This project turned into a replace composite shingle roof with composite shingle roof.

I was a home builder in the past.Four things someone should consider when choosing a roofer. Salesman's knowledge about the job at hand and his ability to pass the info on to you the customer. Product used for the job at hand. The crew that installs the new roof. Owner of the company and his follow through. Salesman (Trey)was great with information on delivery of product , and installation date, answered any questions I had , remained on the job while the crew removed and installed my roof.( unheard of from some companies). GAF product they use , life time warranty , is an excellent product and an excellent company. The crew has been with Jerry for several years and has the follow-thru far and above crews that I was aware of in the past. Can't say enough about the professionalism they projected while on the job. Jerry ( the owner of Cornerstone Roofing not to be confused with other Cornerstone companies ) called me very quickly after I had gone through Home Adiviser. He listened to my needs and explained the process of his company getting the job done and it's BBB rated. Trey called me that day to set an appointment . Dean The professionalism that everyone involved impressed me greatly , honesty, follow-up, attention to detail impressed me greatly. I would highly recommend the company to any one that ask me.

The owner, Jerry Reyes, could not have been more helpful in what was a stressful situation. We had storm damage from April 2015 small tornado and immediately after talking to Jerry he was out here and took my husband and I thru what he would do (which he did!) and the cost. He seemed to genuinely care about us and scheduled to do our roof. We had a composite roof put on and we are extremely happy with the entire job. His people were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thank you.
