Joe cleaned 700 sq. ft of tile flooring and 1100 sq. ft of hardwood flooring. He does an excellent job. He uses corner guards so his hoses don't mark up the walls. Joe is a man of his word.

Joe is great to work with. He responds promptly to calls and texts. He came out to evaluate the project and was very clear on what he would do and the cost of the project. It was supposed to be a one-day project but after he cleaned out the grout and caulk he determined that there was some moisture behind the tile. Instead of finishing it, he recommended drying out the shower for a few days before grouting and caulking to prevent mold from growing. Heâ s very conscientious and wants the work to be done the right way. He came back a few days later and finished the job. We would highly recommend Joe if you want your project done properly and on budget!

Our home is 6 years old and the master bath tiles needed sprucing and I want to let you know about a contractor we found. First and foremost, Joe Watts from Cornerstone did a great job. The shower floor looks close to new again. In addition, he showed up on time (to the minute), had all the high powered pressure washing equipment and he (over) protected the surrounding floors and walls. His price was competitive among 2 other bidders and his ratings were the best. If it’s time to refurbish, touch up or reseal any of your floors, give him a shot.

I spoke with several companies before hiring Cornerstone to clean my caulk, grout and stone. In contrast to others, Cornerstone had a video of the procedure they employ to clean and refurbish, before and after pictures and a van with all the equipment to be used. Perhaps the most impressive quality that I encountered was the detail and professionalism I observed with their owner, Joe. I found him to be honest and with impeccable character, more concerned with making sure that i was pleased with their service than how quickly he would get paid. Great experience; I wish I could use him for more things and will definitely use them again!
