Very satisfied with the the price and job that was done. They were there on the time they said they would and they were done with the job time they said they would be. Professionally done by owner and crew. The owner of Orr concrete got down and dirty with his crew to make sure the job was done to the customer satisfaction. They did a good job. I would have given 5 stars if they had put the dirt back up around the concrete. Now I will have to spend a day or so shoveling dirt back up around the new driveway. They picked up all the bits of broken concrete left over but didn’t pickup any of the tree roots that were dig up.

We did a driveway concrete pad extension and I had received quotes from a few. After speaking with the many owners who submitted bids, I found Bill from ORR concrete to be a pleasure to interact with. His plan was clear, knew what he had to accomplish and my research matched his plan. Furthermore, Bill was prompt, courteous and friendly. Work was done as promised and in a timely fashion. Read all the reviews on Bill Orr!! I am joining the many, many others who were ripped off by this unethical thief. He talks the talk and that's where it ends. Our project was large and we agreed to do our driveway with color and stamping. Bill showed up with his rented equipment and began demolition of our driveway. I gave him a check for $35,000. yes, it was 50% of the job. Yes, he cashed the check and that was the end of his work. One excuse after another ; the rain, the heat, you name it. Finally, in September, my husband told him we wanted our money back. Of course that's not happening as he has been living off that money until he moves into the next person he rips off. Read the reviews and get the word out ..... Bill Orr is a professional scammer. He will take your money and run. Save yourself the headache and loss. i don't know how he sleeps at night, knowing how many people he has ripped off!!

Five people on my cul-de-sac had concrete work done by Orr Concrete. Every single, one of them has problems. None are level, 2 have cracks, and he didn?t finish the job for 2 homes. He also splattered concrete on seven panels of my black aluminum fence. He wants $ early- then does damage- bad work- and becomes quite verbally aggressive. The reviews here speak for themselves.

Worst customer service ever, never cleaned up, over charged, lied about bringing a dumpster, lied about finishing, there are literally foot prints in my slab from his son in law, didn?t follow instructions, didn?t put in the correct amount of j bolts over all the worst sub contractor I have ever worked with

Went ok overall paid additional money above estimate for stone base since they figured quantity wrong.

The first part of the job went well until he charged for a job and did not finish or do the job to agreed specifications. After 4 months of him not doing the job I had to get someone else to fix and finish. The footings were to be 15 X 15 and end up being 8 X 11.
