He did our home inspection, he did a really good job. He got into every nook and cranny and found a whole bunch of stuff that we probably would not have found. He went into every single room and checked out everything. He went up into the attic and the entire time he explained to us what he was doing and his findings. He tested all the appliances, he found an extra filter in the fridge that he normally did not see and showed me how to change the filter if I do purchase the home. He found wires that were not connected to anything. I did buy it and I did a lot of the repairs he pointed out. He did a wonderful job, he was awesome and what was nice he was real excited to do the job. I highly recommend him.

He is very detailed oriented. He is one that he will tell you everything. He does things that he is not contracted out to do but willing to do it. There were some things he was willing to come back after closing to check and make sure they were repaired correctly.
