Chris was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond in explaining all his findings , which included a foundation issue he discovered in the homes crawl space. He then assisted me with finding a structural engineer to follow up with further inspection of these foundation concerns. We decided that same day not to proceed with purchasing this home, and we feel so blessed that Chris discovered these issues before we made such a big investment in this home.
