The only reason I wouldn't give them a perfect score because my first appointment was canceled. I had a very filthy post construction filthy rental property that this company totally transformed. The crew that did renovations on my house left debris everywhere, including drywall in the tub. Corporate Cleaning made it look like nothing happened within hours.

Patrice, the owner, was amazing to work with. Promptly provided copy of her insurance and business license when asked and worked to set an appointment to clean my vacant real estate listing that was convenient for me. Will definitely be calling Patrice to clean again!!!

Ms. Patrice did a wonderful job, so much so we have arranged for her to come once a month to help us out. She, and the two girls with her represented themselves as true professionals!! It was such a pleasure to meet them all.............very good!!

I requested a deep cleaning service and I don't think that I received that, the company says that they take credit card payments but not everyone carries the chip to do that. Other than that the lady was very nice.

Very polite and professional. They had a really deep-cleaning job to do, and they spent the day getting rid of 15 years of grime. Patrice in particular was a bit of a perfectionist and wanted it just-so before finishing for the day.

They did a great job. Looking forward to seeing them next month!

Patrice drove in the pouring rain to arrive here at my home at 7am as I had requested of her. She is very professional and great at making me feel comfortable. I was so comfortable with her, that I gave her a key to my home before she left and invited her to come by anytime, even if cleaning is not required. She is the greatest. I would definitely recommend her to any friend and family member.

I HIRED THE CORPORATE CLEANING COMPANY ON LAST WEEK. THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO ME WITHIN DAYS OF MY REQUEST. MS. PATRICE WAS ON TIME FOR THE 8:00AM JOB. SHE ARRIVED WITH A HELPER, HOWEVER SHE DIDN'T HAVE HER ORIGINAL CREW. THE JOB WAS LENGTHY. I REQUESTED TO HAVE THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE CLEANED. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED DEEP CLEANING. I WAS QUOTED 1 PRICE. UPON MS. PATRICE'S ARRIVAL, I INQUIRED AGAIN ABOUT THE DEEP CLEANING, THE CARPET STEAM CLEANING, ETC. THAT'S WHEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THE CHARGE TO STEAM CLEAN EACH ROOM WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 EACH ROOM. WELL AT THIS POINT I WAS A LITTLE DISTURBED HOWEVER, BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY SET ASIDE MY DAY FOR THE SERVICE, I JUST ASKED THAT SHE AND HER ASSISTANT WOULD CONTINUE ON WITH THE DEEP CLEANING ALREADY ARRANGED. MOVING FORWARD, MS. PATRICE WAS ACCOMODATING, AND SHE WAS VERY POLITE. SHE CLEANED MY HOME AND FOR THE MOST PART, MY HOME WAS CLEANED WELL. ALTHOUGH THERE WERE AREAS WHERE I HAD TO CALL ATTENTION TO MS. PATRICE ABOUT, SHE DID RETURN BACK TO MY HOME THE VERY NEXT DAY, TO TRY AND COMPLETE AND OR CLEAN THE AREAS THAT HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. MS. PATRICE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT ON THE 1ST DAY OF SERVICE, ALTHOUGH SHE NEEDED TO RETURN BACK ON THE NEXT DAY TO CLEAN THE HIGH CORNERS AND TO REMOVE THE LEFT-OVER DUST SPOTS AND COB-WEBS IN THE HIGH CORNERS OF THE ROOMS. ALTHOUGH I WASN'T TOTALLY SATISFIED WHEN THE CREW WAS COMPLETE ON THE FIRST DAY, I WAS VERY SATISFIED TO KNOW THAT MS. PATRICE TAKES HER BUSINESS SO SERIOUSLY, THAT SHE WOULD COME BACK JUST TO SATISFY THE CLIENT.
