The worker, Dan, who came out to our home to do beginning of the swimming season checks on our pool heater, knew my husband had business scheduled in the afternoon. My husband, who was leaving as Dan arrived, ended up staying nearly three hours - and doing the majority of the work on related projects as we're opening our pool. Dan was deliberate in his actions (not necessarily a bad thing), very slow while working (we didn't know we were being billed more money for every hour), he stated he really didn't work with pool heaters and didn't have the equipment with him that we would need and watched as my husband demonstrated the setup. When my husband left, I went out to introduce myself and to let him know I'm in the house with our granddaughter. At that point, Dan is doing something with the water and filter pump - which were NOT part of the seasonal maintenance we requested. Water was pouring out of an inlet pipe and I questioned what was happening. He stated we don't have enough water PSI to get the heat pump to start - I told him we knew that already - but his job was to ensure the heat pump is in ready-to-work status. Dan told me the heat pump was fine, but he did not have the equipment to pursue the cause of the low PSI from the pump so he would need to return on another date with more equipment. He did not seem to have a strong understanding of the pool filter/heat pump setup. I told him I would text my husband about his need to return and I left and went back in the house. About 20 minutes later, Dan showed up at the front door to collect the $210 fee. It was a lack of thinking on my part to not check with my husband before he left on what the payment details would be. I didn't want to not uphold my end of a business arrangement, so I gave him the check. I didn't appreciate his jokes about how hot I must be and I can't go in my pool right now. Maybe trying to build rapport? Didn't work. So, then, about 30 minutes later, I discover our well has been run dry. Literally. DRY. I call my husband in a panic - I can't even give water to the dogs on a 92 degree day. My husband is confused about why would our water be used. He didn't use it at any point while showing Dan the setup of the pump/heater. I went outside and checked - our outdoor spicket was turned on full and - YES - our well had been drained. My husband came home and found our water hose had been inserted into our pool skimmer. I didn't do it, my husband didn't do it - my dogs didn't do it. Dan was the only other person at our home that day AND he was doing things that had nothing to do with the gas heater. My husband comes home that evening and finds the work area has been left a mess; there are things done that he has no reason why, and the water hose in the pool put him over the edge. Then he saw the bill - written on a generic billing form with no letterhead and began to get the feeling that we'd been played. He then spent the next 2 days carefully

10 min work $200.00 OVER PRICED COULD HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES TOTAL OF 340.00 AND STILL BOUGHT NEW HEATER OF EBAY FOR 700.00 SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT WHEN THEY COULDNT FIX OLD ONE THE 1ST TIME HERE

They did a great job that others couldn't do.

Received a speedy response almost immediately after my search. This company came out within 2 hours after contact. Problem resolved!! Thanks Dan, we soon will be swimming in not so chilly waters! Excellent!

Hired this guy twice and he never showed.

The serviceman as exstreamly late and didn't bother call. The job was to winterize my spa, I started draining the spa and he just showed up. I help him with this and he still charged me $120 I also asked him to get me a price on a new pump he took pictures, but never heard from him. he also talks as if he doesn't know what he's doing.

Great! Fixed it in less than an hour.

Company was hired to locate and repair underground water leak between skimmer and pump. Worker arrived without any tools needed for job - had to use mine. Located leak after about 3 hours and wanted an additional $1300.00 to repair. Told him I would hire someone else to finish job. He then presented me a bill which was inflated by apprx 2 hours @ $75.00 per hour. Sent him on his way and had another company come out and repair for under $200.

I knew more than the person who showed up. Save your money.

Didn't seem to know a whole lot but was expensive. Did not call back and hot tub was diagnosed wrong.
