I used OM Van Lines for my move from NJ to FL and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and made what could have been a pretty stressful long-distance move feel incredibly easy. The crew was efficient and careful with all of my furniture and belongings, and communication throughout the process was great. Everything arrived in excellent condition and the entire move was handled really well. Would absolutely use OM Van Lines again for another move.

We moved from Miami to Rochelle Park with OM Van Lines and I?d hire them again without thinking twice. The quote was clear from the start ? no mystery fees added at the end, which was my biggest worry with a long-distance move. The crew showed up on time, handled the building s COI and elevator reservation themselves, and had everything into my apartment faster than I expected. If you?re moving into a NJ building and dont want to deal with the paperwork side, these are your guys.

They made the entire moving process so simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend OM Van Lines to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!

Do not use this company!!! It was bad from the start. They told me it would be a 6-8 hour move. It took 12 hours. Price of course was completely different than what I was quoted. There were two major damages that they said would be covered and here we are 5 months later getting the run around and no compensation. They won?t even answer my calls or get back to me. They made a stressful experience a million times worse.

OM Van Lines, and specifically Alex and his crew were absolutely fantastic in our move. I've moved many times and they have taken the most care with wrapping and protecting my furniture that I have ever seen. My condo complex has challenging parking and then truck had to be moved several times and they made it work. Our couch, side tables, giant synthesizer, bed, tv, giant captains chair, etc was us so well packaged. They are making a custom moving crate for the giant synth. Great communication with Alex throughout. Thanks!

Thank goodness for Robert and his crew! They provided excellent and courteous service every step of the way. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They were attentive to every detail and request. I give them 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to use OM Van Lines again.

Please take my advice and RUN away from these crooks. I saw a few reviews where folks complained about last minute price changes but I didn?t listen. The price for my move almost doubled from the originally quoted price. The main problem is they estimate the square footage required for your items. When my items exceed their estimated footage they kept loading without a word about the overage. After all items were loaded they adjusted the quote and BAM. A huge price increase and your items are now on their truck. Again - do yourself a favor and avoid these crooks!

I would never choose this company for the one reason lack of communication. I moved from ct to fl, the truck broke down in ct which delayed my stuff 5 days sitting in ct , I was never told there was a 1-10 window for stuff to arrive to location and price was double of what I was quoted. I was not even told the truck broke down. Sales agent Micheal did not share correct information about the delay or solution of my shipment. I will state the dispatcher Karin , I spoke to a few times was good , always got back to me after I was persistence about a solution. The movers were good on both sides but some of my stuff was wet?? They seemed to be sub contractors which I was told once my stuff was on OM TRUCK it would be transported to fl . If only my air tag could talk!!! So my take on moving out of state, sell everything n start new !! Cost and aggravation . Suzanne

Unfair Billing Tactics and Extortion - AVOID hiring them. We hired this company based on a fixed hour quote. The actual job took an hour longer. However, before unloading our belongings, the guy demanded we pre-pay for additional 2.5 hours, refusing to unload until payment was sent. When I contacted the management the next day to get a refund back for unworked hours , they have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Once money changes hands, people are difficult to get hold of. Besides this, all delicate items are sure to break, very unprofessional the way the items were handled. Save yourself the stress and hire a professional company with honest billing practices. You are already moving and you don?t need this additional headache. Remember they are cheap for a reason. If you get a quote from them, you can always ask a reputed company to match it.

I was in search for movers to help me and my family move to NC. I didn't feel like doing the move myself this time around and sure I found this company OM Van Lines last minute. I was offered a great deal to get my move done and it wasn't as expensive as I thought I was going to be. My wife and family are happy and just wanted to say thank you guys. You guys made this a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I was contacted by too many to name companies when I went online looking for a moving company. It was fate that I answered the call from OM Van Lines. The Rep that I spoke with was very informative, transparent as well as knowledgeable. She guided me thru the process efficiently and thoroughly taking my inventory. It was explained to me that the cost of the move was based on the space utilized on the truck and that it was imperative that I include absolutely everything that I was moving. I was very pleased and moved forward with a deposit on first contact, that's how confident I was with her proficiency. The rest of the moving process went exactly as she explained. Other people that contacted me from the company were just as informative and kind. I recommend OM Van Lines as a Moving Company and will share their name with family and friends that need moving services in the future. OM VANLINES moved my parents from Florida to North Carolina. I didn?t realize my parents had much more items that they initially mentioned. The price did go up but they honored an additional discount to help. The shipment was picked up on Monday and delivered by Tuesday. It was an additional cost but the service was amazing and my parents have all their belongs to be comfortable. Thank you and we will be calling soon to move our selves closer to my parents.
