He was very professional, and very responsive. I was very impressed by how he noticed the problem with the appliance immediately and repaired it. He was EXPENSIVE but at least he fixed the problem. I would definitely use again and recommend!

I found out later that some of the advice he gave me was questionalble. He fixed my problem but he was very expensive, I also paid him to fix a second pending problem but since I question his initial advice I wonder if the repairs were neccessary or even fixed.

Showed up on same day and had my dishwasher open and ready for repair in about an hour. (The handle was broken). Not only did he find the part, but he picked it up, came back, and fixed my dishwasher. This was impressive and necessary as I had guests coming for Easter. Thank you so much.
