    Mr. Cortez is a very professional person that knows his business. Although I had other quotes and he wasnâ t the cheapest but he was the most knowledgeable of what I needed done. I would recommend him to anyone and hire him again for any other work I may need done. He was always on time and finished early. My porch and deck looks great! Thanks for a job well done.

    The Cortesâ s power-washed our house, stained/sealed our screened in porch and pergola, and also painted our front porch. The work was completed on time and efficiently. The Cortesâ s did an excellent job, offered suggestions that improved the end result. We appreciated their expertise and definitely will reach out to them when we have painting projects in the future.
