Swamp Cooler - Service or Repair
I finally found someone that communicates and shows up on time. Iâ ve tried to find someone to fix and maintain my swamp cool. They went above and beyond. These are my guys and will call only them when I need more work done around my house.

"We care very, very much about our customers. However, when someone calls our office and cusses out 2 of our ladies for no reason at all, they will NOT be 1 of our customers. Respect goes both ways. We also NEVER did any wood flooring for you at all so your low rating is very unfair and childish. I am sorry that your not happy and we wish you the best."

Dan sent his whole crew over and they did the job within 24 hours wonderful work very nice people I can't speak highly enough of this company would definitely hire them again and already recommended them to my neighbor

Metal Roofing - Install or Replace
Good quality - inspected the work frequently. A bit of a disconnect between Dan and communicating significant information with the guys doing the work - just gotta speak up. When an accident occurred (through no fault of his worker) that damaged personal property, he didnt make the employee pay for it, but rather compensated with a check for the amount of replacement. He takes care of his workers. I'd hire him again and refer him.

I believe Dan gave a fair and reasonable quote. The job was finished on time. The crew that did the work was excellent. They were polite and friendly. They cleaned up daily. I have had several comments about the appearance of the house after they completed their work. Dan was here at the start of the job to review what needed to be done with the crew and at the completion to inspect the work. He was available by phone when I needed to talk with him.
