This company charged $7500 for an emergency tarp replacement. The initial invoice was $15,000 and I couldn't get them to negotiate more than that. His estimate for the entire job was high ($47,000) so I contracted for another roofer to replace the total roof at $17,000 and this guy is still saying I owe $7,500 for a tarp.

Totally manipulated me, helped me get an insurance settlement. Did repair the roof, but made all these promises about other repairs that were needed. Going on two years without any work done on my home, even after multiple calls. Do not use this Contractor! He has too many irons in the fire,, could not finish my job related to multiple jobs he was doing. All I would get from him is I?m hiring a team, it?ll get done soon, etc. etc. I finally chewed him out per email, and all he could do was email me let?s meet and we?ll discuss the job. I?m done with this guy.
