Prompt reply and delivery of estimate and completion of work. Very personable and considerate, very willing to go the extra mile as far as customer service. Even did things not part of the job. Excellent tile and grout work in our kitchen. He's as much of a perfection perfectionist as I am. Will be using again when remodeling our bathroom shower.
