Cosgrove Construction made a new walk way for my house. They did an amazing job and I was more than happy with the outcome of the project. The guys were professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the quality of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Cosgrove construction to my family and friends. They are definitely the best.

I hired Cosgrove Construction to take down a retaining wall and demolish concrete pad to install new retaining wall and concrete pad for my basement walk-out. Upon demolition Cosgrove uncovered crumbling French drain pipe which was the cause of the flooding of basement walk-out area. This turned into a huge project that had to be remediated before anything further could be done. Joe Cosgrove's crew did an amazing job building a new drainage system, which was a lot of backbreaking work! I love my retaining wall, and concrete patio it looks beautiful! Cosgrove Construction did a wonderful job, I highly recommend this company!!!

Joe and his team installed a gravel pad with retaining wall on a slope for my shed. Joe and his team were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and hardworking! It looks great! It was great to work with Joe and his team!

Had Joe put in a couple of French drains by my front and back barn doors to alleviate water pooling. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, came when he said he would and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Previously he had put in a stamped concrete patio and I was so pleased I had him do this job. I would highly recommend!

Wanted to clean up a side drive way for boat and truck. Joe came over and we discussed options. Glad we did. Pricing was very reasonable. Very happy with job. Also had a wooded area with 20yrs plus of leaves, old wood etc. Agreed on pricing and had them back to clean that area up. Hard working, good group of guys. Will call back for future projects.

Joe was prompt to deliver an estimate and schedule the work. He and his crew were great. They worked hard all day carefully removing an entire fence line of overgrown shrubs and their root balls adjacent to a neighbors fence with no damage. They brought in good top soil and spread and graded it. His crew knew exactly what they were doing. There were all very personable and professional. In fact, two of my neighbors praised their work. I would recommend Cosgrove in a second.

We hired Cosgrove to rework our driveway. They removed a huge oak stump, regraded and widened it, put in a French drain and put down recycled asphalt. Wow. It looks great!! Professional and nice crew. Showed up when they said they would, had a contract. Excellent experience!! You should hire them too!
