Don't be fooled! Carlos and his team did a stamped patio for me over a year ago. After the job was finished i was not happy with the final product. There was low spots, high spots and unfinished edging. I insisted on holding the final payment till I was happy. Carlos made my wife feel he was a honest guy, we paid him in full of the promise he would fix what was wrong. Its been 17 months with no repair in sight. I tried to give him time but I've been ignored too long. Do not use this guy or company!

I hired Carlos to pour a driveway and steps, the driveway looks good but the stamped concrete walkway looks terrible, a couple of days after the work was done it rained and it looks like water was trapped under the slab, there are black spots and a long crack, I called Carlos, he said he will come out but he is busy right now, now every time we call he tells us the same thing, has big jobs and we need to be patient, now Carlos will not return our calls It has been 3 months since this problem was first reported to Carlos Follow up: he did come back in March 2021 and resolve but I am not totally satisfied. Carlos was pleasant when he returned. The stamping came out nicely, but the expansion joints should have been cut along the grout lines as much as possible, instead of looking like raw cuts right through several stones.

Carlos and his team built an absolutely beautiful stamped concrete patio and adjoining pathway for me along with a retaining wall. They really know what they are doing!! Carlos listens to what you want, answers all questions immediately, and let's you know about his progress and what to expect. His prices are very reasonable. I LOVE my patio. It looks like an Italian piazza and I already have raves from family and friends. Carlos and his team are also friendly and clean up afterwards. I would give then 10 stars. They are awesome!!!!

We had a misunderstanding about the details in the contract. Partly my fault for not monitoring project more closely. Was willing to pay to have issue corrected afterwards but contractor never followed up with me. That was disappointing because his work and his team did nicely. Subtracted stars because he made no effort to correct the problem. After 2 weeks,hired someone else to solve our problem.

Carlos was very responsive, and able to start and complete our project faster than I expected. The patio looks amazing!

We plan to build a sunroom which the building permit required pouring a new concrete slab with footings and grade beams which is a relatively complex project. We found out that such project is expensive and beyond the capabilities of several other contractors. Within only three days, Carlos and his crew removed the old concreate patio and replaced it with 14â x16â concreate slab with 30â footings, 6â grade beams, installed passive radon pipe, 2â insulation on the side of the slab and the hardware needed for the walls framing. His workmanship was great, and he passed the county inspection with no problems. In addition, without additional fees he installed a concreate base for a new HVAC unit, graded the soil and even added soil to our trees and our new raised bed vegetable garden!!! The cost of the project was significantly less than any other quote we received, we selected them because of Carlos' great experience, his familiarity with the county requirements, the inspection proses and his knowledgeable advice. The crew worked around rainy weather conditions and finished the job in record time. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Carlos and his crew.

Carlos and his crew removed an old small patio and replaced it with a beautiful 15'x32' stamped concrete patio. He added a seat-level wall on one side contoured for a grading problem we had. Even though the cost was less than any other quote we received, we chose them because of Carlos' friendly customer-service manner and his knowledgeable advice. They worked around weather conditions and finished the job efficiently. They also replaced a small landing pad outside of our utility room door with brushed concrete. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend then to anyone.

Carlos did a big project for us in October. He replaced an old huge deck with a stamped concrete patio. It's not an easy job. From deck demolition to the final finishing of the patio, everything went smoothly and Carlos kept us informed of each step. The patio turned out to be beautiful. We are very with his work and will definitely recommend him for concrete jobs.

We worked with Carlos of Cosmetic Concrete in September 2019 for a concrete job for our garage. He was the ONLY contractor who was not just on time, but early to provide an estimate. He was professional, courteous and easy to work with. He described the process, and after comparing his info to others, Cosmetic Concrete was an easy choice to make. We love the job he and his staff did and we are pleased with the work! Two thumbs up!

Removed and replaced our front steps. No small project, 20-25 stairs with a curve up a hill. Honestly they are beautiful, I was really surprised how well they turned out considering how poorly they looked to start with and how difficult the job was. The work was done in less then a week and he always left a clean work area. Estimated accurately and stayed within budget. Also had great communication and kept us up to date on progress throughout.
