Cosmopolitan Construction did a great job on master bath remodel. They are pros, something hard to find. You would be a fool not to hire them. Outstanding work and team.

I hired Gus and his crew to complete my patio project, they were knowledgeable and competent and did what they said they would do. They were able to tailor the project to fit my budget and still provide quality workmanship.

He was never on time. he did not do things they way we ask and we gave him pictures. example i ask for round legs on my island- to look like furniture. i ask if if he got the round legs he said he got square. i went and bought the round legs and he still did not use them and my island looks ridiculous. Problem two - he did not close up our house- he left openings in the garage and we ended up getting mice that crawled up them- it cost us $950. to get pest control and they found the problem and showed us where our house not not built well. We have since talk to other builders and it is for sure something they should have done. Bad quality, don't use them!

Work was great - completely remodeled our Guest House the Kitchen and Bathroom came out beautiful overall the work came out perfect - great work They are remodeling another property for us

Project was not complete (multiple days) when ominous weather threatened. Crew reported to work on a Sunday morning and completed additional work to save the screen enclosure from the gusting winds.

From receiving the inital bid to completion we were very impressed with Gus work ethics as well as his ability for the outstanding work done to our Florida home. Very punctual and very pro-active in getting the job done on-time. The help that was given to us from the beginning, picking out the tile to the finish was great! Gus has continued to help us even afterward and we are truly appreciative.

I am very pleased with the work preformed by Cosmopolitan Construction, I would highly recommend them to Family and Friends. The job came in under budget and the workmanship was excellent. The job took about 2 and a half weeks which was right on the mark for the initial time estimate. throughout the job when they left for the day you would not have know they had been there, the job site was cleaned and secured daily. Great job and thanks for the wonderfull new bathroom.
