They did an excellent job,reasonably priced, showed up on time and on the dates that were promised, professional, polite,put it this way I would use Costa flooring again. The work was excellent! Diego was very nice and professional. If i had not sold the home, i would have given them more work.

This company was recommended by a friend. My initial contact with them was fine so I hired them. There were several things that should have alarmed me but I failed to notice. First, the bond or insurance paperwork they gave me was not current. Second, they were not able to produce a written contract after repeated requests. To their credit, they signed on the contract I prepared. There were other things that I am not happy with. They bought some wood board for our work, but was not able to show us the receipts when they asked for reimbursement. Also, they did not pay attention to work dentails even when you asked them to. Last, I found some tiny cracks on the stairs after I paid them so I contacted them. They never came as they promised and did not respond after repeated calls and email.

Diego and Dan did an outstanding job completing a wood floor install after another contractor that I had hired pulled a no show after only installing the floor. They were very professional, punctual, neat and clean and also very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is thinking of installing or just sanding and restaining existing wood floors.
