On 3/30/21 I hired this pro recommended to nake a few shelves for my home office. Eddie Giavanniello of Coastal Maintenance, West Palm Beach answered my request for a quote. He came out and I hired him and paid in advance $401.25. That was on a Friday and he was to deliver and install by the following Wednesday. Since he left, I have received many excuses why he could not come as promised, and since last week he has not answered my calls, my messages on his Voice mail, nor texts. Today I contacted my Credit Card Company for a refund. Just wanted you to know.

Was not able to keep appointments that were made BY HIM. He was a no show. Promised invoice for work done and I am still waiting for that invoice.

I needed to replace my popcorn patio ceiling with wood planks. It took me a very Long while to find a company that would come out to do this kind of work. Eddie contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. You can tell from the start Eddie is a true craftsman! His attention to details is impeccable- he even gave me good ideas on wrapping my metal posts in wood for a cohesive look which I am SO Glad I did! Eddie was great to work with, and I am extremely happy with the final result. I’ve received many compliments! Coastal Maintenance Windows & Doors is the way to go for my projects from now on.
