Tom was very accommodating and professional. He explained everything they needed to do to the roof ahead of project approval, and overall it was a great experience

They did start the job a few days late, but had warned me the start date would depend on the weather. I had my entire trailer power washed, room sealed with special attention to vents and seams, and had the sealant put over the side of the roof. They also repaired some of my skirting and trimmed a limb that was touching my roof.

They did the work and clean everything. Friendly and had no problems.

This Roofing Company was on time to do the work and did a wonderful job on taking down my chimney and then patching the hole it left behind. I would very much recommend them for any roofing needs you may need.

They made sure that all of the tiles on the roof were fixed, even the ones that weren't part of their estimate, and, they redid all of the flashing around the vents to make sure I didn't have any issues there.

They are up front on what they are going to do to solve my leaking roof problem, they are very professional, and do quality work, and they explain the warranty, I am very satisfied with the work

Tom was professional from the beginning and was in constant communication. His guys are great and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right! We had him replace rotten wood around the house (both what we pointed out and other places we didn t even know about), power wash and patch our tile roof, and paint the roof and entire house. He was adamant that we go through as many samples as it took to find just the right colors, and gave his input based on his experience. Everything turned out better than we could even imagine. We would 100% recommend Costello Roofing for any job!

I cannot believe this guy is on home advisor. He is a con artist, do not hire him. Took 1900 dollars from us, 2 months later we had to hire another person to fix our roof.

Tom Costello and his crew at Costello roofing are amazing! We had a roof leak during a recent storm and I tried to somewhat patch it myself during the storm to stop water from dripping through our ceilings while it was still raining. I talked to Tom the next day, and he and his crew came out and did a whole roof inspection. They found a few other issues that needed repair, took pictures and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, why, and how they would fix each issue. They were the only company who quoted a real repair of where I had tried to DIY fix it instead of just adding caulk over my fix. We are incredibly happy with the work done and can t even tell where the repair was done because of the care the crew took to use materials that matched the existing roof. The customer service Tom gave us was amazing, and we will definitely use Costello for all of our future roofing needs!

Mr. Costello and his team did a through inspection and maintenance of my metal roof as well as replacing damaged panels and the underlying insulation. Highly recommend.
