We are a dedicated group, committed to maintaining quality while delivering added value to our clients. Costin Creations is a member of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association (OBHBA). We are also members of NAHB Remodelers Council, and NAHB Green Building Program, Energy Star Partner. Costin Creations is a participant in the Outer Banks Parade of Homes annual event which has earned us the Peoples Choice Award. We have extensive experience with coastal environments and knowledge of best practices for coastal construction. Travis Costin is personally available for on-site meetings, cell phone calls, and e-mails, making your project enjoyable. We are a small hands-on building company that enjoys building a few homes and remodels a year. In turn, personal detail, quality, and value are achieved.
