We would highly recommend Cote Development for any project large or small. Paul put a new roof on our house a few years back, so we were familiar with the quality of his work and dependability, therefore we decided he would be the best match for our large project. Paul and his crew went over and above our expectations at every turn in our large remodel. We knocked down two walls, remodeled our kitchen and family room, installed hardwood floors throughout our first floor, and updated our powder room. I do not do a lot of remodels (clearly), so was somewhat clueless in many aspects. Not only is he is meticulous in his craft, his creativity, guidance, and support, was invaluable. We love the transformation and our new space --it feels like it is right out of HGTV!

Paul was the complete package. He was creative, reliable and a skilled carpenter. The addition he added to our home has became the most used room in the house. I would highly recommend Paul for projects large or small.
