Very helpful and insists on a top notch job. Even had to fix other's mistakes becuase he couldn't stand looking at it. Loved working with them.

John Bate's desire to take on something done poorly by others is a credit to his personality & professionalism. He took great pains to be extremely fair. His dedication & desire for perfection were uncharacteristic of anything we've experienced. We've encountered individuals of various faiths using religion to further business in a dishonest manner; John was the first to demonstrate how Christianity can & should be a part of everyday life in the honest & fair way he treats his customers. We're thrilled with his work but more importantly to know him. In life you meet many people; only a few make you realize we could be so much more.

Cotton Construction came out and replaced some rooftop trim damaged by squirrels. They came out as we had discussed and made the necessary repairs. It looks great and my wife could not tell where the guys made the repair. They did an awesome job.

During peak season when I couldn't even get other companies to even return my phone call, Cotton Construction answered the phone late and was out the very next day. From talking to John, I can tell he took pride in his work and happily provided me with valuable information on dealing with the insurance as it turned out I needed more than repair and in fact needed a whole new roof. Soon as they left I was on the phone recommending them to a friend that was also looking for leak repair and when I get my insurance company on board I will be calling these guys for the new roof install as well.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Service Magic personnel AND from Cotton Construction. The fellas that showed up at my house the same day I called not only replaced my shingles, but came back the next week when I called them direct when another storm ripped off more shingles. Very personable employees and awesome at what they do. I will be replacing the roof here shortly and they will have my business. Thank you Cotton Construction for being who you are. Fantastic!

John and his associate did an exceptional job in repairing the roof leaks. They also advised me and helped with re-positioning the boots around pipes that I put wrong. After I found a corner place on the roof that were damaged by the bird nests, he is gracious enough to promise coming back to put a few pieces of shingles on. I also learned a lot from him which is very good. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone for any job. In fact, I already talked with him for other renovations that we plan to do. Thank you, John and your associate.

Mr. Cotton and his crew did a great job. After we received the quote, they were out the next morning putting on the new roof. They had it completed and cleaned up by the end of the day. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Cotton Construction for any roofing project.

repaired an A/C opening in an exterior brick wall. Work was nearly impossible to see versus the existing wall.

This man went out of his way to help me. He was one of the besst contractors I have ever worked with. I have lived in 9 states and 14 cities, and I have had to deal with lots of people . He is the best around.

Very competent and quick to respond. His crew did a very professional job. They had the correct equipment and were finished on schedule. They not only replaced my collasped wall they improved the construction. When they finished they replaced the sod that had been removed as well as replanting the shrubs that had been moved for the construction. The area looked better than it had. The owner was in constant communication with me and kept me updated as to the work flow. They really helped to repair the wall quickly since with the heavy rains there was a real issue with soil errosion. I would use him again for any repairs I might have.

John & his co-worker went WAY above & beyond my expectations with everything surrounding this project. He has the heart of a teacher & really explained to me what needed to be done & what he would do.He returned to ensure the quality of his work as soon as I called and never made me feel I was an incovenience. They were GREAT with my kids and exceedingly patient with me. Not only did I hire them for this project, but I will for any future projects. He is a very trustworthy man and if at all possible I would not hire anyone else in the future.
