"Here is a vindictive guy who contracts with us for some gutter work. We quote the job. He sends a deposit. He asks when the job will be done. He is informed it will be in three week time. Before the three weeks are up he requests his deposit be mailed back. The same day he requests his deposit to be mailed back we write him a check for the deposit and put it into that day's mail as he requested. The same day he posts negative feedback not to trust my company. All of the above information mentioned is supported by his e-mails to my company. Is this what our world has come to? Not a nice person."
