Our mini split HVAC stopped producing heat during the recent cold period. This is a high demand time for HVAC repair and Cougar was able to schedule a diagnosis and repair within a few days. Zane took his time to locate the problem, explain the options and make the repair. I was impressed with the above and beyond attitude Zane and his fellow technician showed during the repair. Update: unfortunately our system had a small leak, which was explained as a potential diagnosis during the original visit. Jake came out and did a thorough re-diagnosis and repair, and worked to make sure the cost stayed reasonable. I was impressed with Jake’s efficiency and professionalism during his visits.

Zane was about 2 hours late beyond the end of the time window. He was very professional and apologized for the late arrival. Zane was fantastic and explained the process and findings thoroughly. He even brought in his ladder and replaced a filter for me because I was moving and the house was empty. I call that going above and beyond. Very impressive representative for your organization.
