The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. At the end, the staff even vacuumed the mess and no trash left behind. I would definitely invite Mike/Manuel team back should I need another new plumbing job to be taken care of.

Everyone at Counsil Plumbing, including Mike and Valerie Counsil and all of the plumbers and assistants who worked at our house, were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The work quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable. We felt well taken care of, and are very happy with the outcome. We would absolutely use them again!

Mike Counsil and his co-workers are the ones you want when your toilet stops working, even more when two stop working at the same time! One stopped flushing, the other wouldn’t stop flushing. Mike gave good advice in selecting a new toilet and replaced the insides of another. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, including the office staff.

They were prompt and performed the service quickly and correctly. No complaints.

Copper piping just adds to the complexity of repairs. We had two that needed attention and they fixed them without hesitation and did a great job. We have more for them to do and we will have them back soon without question!!

I did not know technicians made $500.00 hour. Wow. I went into the wrong field. I supplied ALL of the components for a simple remove/replace of a vanity. 2 hours of work including the technician having to go to the store for, wait for it, caulk. A plumbing job with no caulk on the truck. Then, wait for it again, it leaked and he had to come back. He graciously lowered the initial cost making his earnings $300.00/HR. The ladies answering the phone are very nice. Have been waiting 4 days for the manager to return my call. Still waiting.
