like everyone else says stay away. first installation of countertop size was wrong and it was warped. no manager to compain too you have to email your issue and you have 3 days to do it after installation or there contract says you are out of luck. Also if you do hear back from them and they owe you money or have poor quality and you review them online or complain to your cc company while you are going through there timeiline on the contract ( after the 3 days they have 21 days to come look at it and then another 30days to fix it) you will no be able to get a credit or it fixed. (thanks to chat gpt for that!} they must use inferior quality or 2nds becuase i dont think i even got granite. I did get my money back after the alloted time period was up. I did this by complaing to the florida attorney general, consumer protection and the credit card company.... buyer beware

I was sold counter tops that stain even though i was guaranteed that i would have no such issues. i tried to resolve with the company directly and nothing has been fixed. Do not do business with this company. Im now stuck with staining countertops that cost me over 4300$

I was shopping for custom cabinets for our master bath remodel. The project required custom cabinets based upon the tight space and existing plumbing. Their website claimed custom cabinets could be supplied, and the salesman confirmed this as well. I supplied detailed drawings showing all dimensions and to scale. The salesman affirmed they could supply cabinets to match my design. He then calculated the price of the project estimate and the required deposit. He then gave me a 24 page contract to read. I tried to get through the contract, which specified multiple payment points during the contract, but was limited on time. I paid the deposit and never thought a salesman and company would blatantly and intentionally ignore the contract terms. I found out subsequently that the cabinet supplier could not build the cabinets to the required design as they only did prefab cabinets that could not match my needs. After requesting a refund, I found that actually C&M had charged me 400% more than what the contract required. Also, C&M has a policy of never making a refund under any circumstances, including their inability to do the job. I sued C&M and in court mandated mediation they agreed to liability and to pay back restitution for 83% of the deposit paid. As they had on their other commitments, they failed to pay the restitution amount and the court issued a summary judgement. No payments have ever been made on this canceled project.

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY- this is by far is the worst company ive dealt with in my life. Terrible job installing, no communication with customer service. I have no idea how this company is in business. we are engaging an attorney to resolve this situation.

VERY UNHAPPY!!!! I went in and selected the granite and ordered a countertop and gave them the dimensions. I picked up the countertop and took it home. It was made the wrong size!! I called and talked to Tiago and he apologized and assured me they would make a new one out of the same granite. When I picked up the new piece it was not out of the same piece I had ordered. I am VERY UNHAPPY !! I would never use them AGAIN!! If they could not even make a small countertop correctly, I would NEVER trust them with a LARGE project.

I ordered granite for kitchen expansion. I was told that I could get it done in three weeks. But after many delays, an appointment was set that they did not keep. They came one day and wanted to install someone else, which was not correct. They set up, but they did not keep the times of the appointments. I have called the company but there is no one to return calls or get back to you. I am not sure how they are in business. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company.

Service was very poor. They tried to charge me more than contracted. They broke my granite 30 min before installation. I went 6 days with out a kitchen due to their scheduling errors. Do not use them. No matter what the price. They only thing good was it was a nice piece before they had to cut it 2 time due to error in templet.

Nightmare..no communication,had to threaten legal action, lost our templets, went as far as setting up delivery and piece was not even started. Flew from Indianapolis twice for scheduled delivery and no one showed. Every time I called (every day) I was lied to. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I hired them in December, and after waiting for two month and 3 appointments cancelled. Not taking any respect , responsibility or consideration that I told them that I had to drive 3 hours to get to the house the schedule department and the sales person in Naples did not let me know of the cancellation and I spend 3 days from 8 to 12 waiting because always was the same answer your schedule is between 8am and 12 pm. Yesterday they finally arrive past 11 am and they installed what I did not ordered. The material Thickness that I paid for was 3cm and I received maybe 1cm, the cut awful, the union of the two pieces more horrible than the cut. I called to the Sales person, I sent copy of my invoice, I sent pictures of what they did and today almost 24 later I do not have an answer and I told him not even for free I want that in my master bathroom. Has been a totally disappointment, the customer service horrible they do not have an answer or the desire to listen to the customer and fix the problem. I went there, I trusted them and was a lost of time and money, because not matter what the only answer was we do not refund. They did a bad job but the client must to pay for their poor job and for the mistake of have them contracted for the job. I am not use to do reviews however in this case the frustration is so huge that I decided to do it. I will write again and I let know the homeowners or contractors looking for this service what was the result. Thank you.

If I could give this company a no-star I would. Put a down deposit for the countertop, sink, and faucet I only received two out of the three which I was missing the faucet. I asked the installers about the faucet and they stated to contact the company. ( also side note installation was supposed to be between 9:30 am-11 am, installers showed up at 3:00 pm. Had to call the company three times to see where they were at.) Called the company and spoke to a Brazilian lady (the lady would not tell me her name.) she threatened to not complete the job and not send out a faucet. Also, she was argumentative and hung up on me. After 2 hours of trying to get someone to tell me where my faucet was, I was told they do not have it and they are sending a replacement out. At this time it is 4:30 and I was told a plumber would be there before 6. 6:00 comes around and no plumber or faucet, I went 24 hours without a faucet, and no callback, I finally spoke with Mark after I asked to speak to a supervisor ( which they are always in a meeting and cannot answer) and stated they would send someone out who would be out at 5:00 pm. Again no faucet all day. After my wife finally received a call from GM Valerie and stated they expedited our faucet and it should be in no later than Tuesday, today is Tuesday, and still no faucet. I finally receive an email stating my faucet will be delivered on Friday ( which is Christmas Eve). I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and Nothing. I also had to call the company back due to the fact they never properly installed the island or filled under the countertops so you do not see a huge gap. I was told yesterday that I would have received a call but never received one. I attached multiple photos of the job so if you can go somewhere else do it. I have been lied to and patient with the company and was not trying to do this but if I can save someone some headaches then I am glad to.

Was very pleased as to the professional work preformed. The techs made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Valerie was outstanding! Nice to find a company that looks after their customers. The quartz countertops are perfect! Thanks again.

They delivered exactly what I expected

Installers were scheduled for 9 am - showed up at 4 pm. Plumber (scheduled for the next day by contractor) showed up at 3 pm. Meanwhile, the old sinks sat out in front of my front door. Walls were gouged, but are scheduled for repair even though I was told they do not normally do repairs. **Damage is just part of installing granite**. They needed to come back because one bathroom sink leaked, the dishwasher was not connected and the installers turned off the gas to my range. Their schedulers and office staff are in need of training and courtesy!

Paid $3800 for a master bath vanity in full and took photos of what I was to receive. Should have been wood dovetailed and best quality. What I received was nothing like that. Started September 21, 2020. Supposed to be finalized in three weeks, took 9 months. Constant lies and disappointments from this company. At least five times I wait at home all day and they would not even call to say they were not showing up. We have been in construction 45+ years and have never worked with a worse company. We used the business on Hansen Street in Fort Myers first and then went to the North Fort Myers show room. We were working with one of the owners, David. He would not even return our calls when everything was going wrong. Horrible company.

Installers arrived 2 hours late. No phone call to notify that they were running late. The installers did not clean up some chunks of granite and damaged a wall. Customer service told me they are not responsible to fix any damage caused by the installers. So, I would be careful when selecting this company.

Gabriel and Vanessa were very professional and installation was done sooner than expected. Quarz finishing looks and feels premium.

The workmanship was very good. . However the cleanup was less than adequate. They left all of the 5 sinks that were replaced five and much of the debris created in the construction for us to clean up. In addition one large countertop was not properly supported. They left it suspended by a clamp and 2 x 4 and told us to get somebody to finish the job.

Do not sign ANYTHING unless it is exactly what is verbally said. Do not PAY IN FULL or be tricked to pay more than a certain percentage. Do not pay with check. Do not believe verbal promises. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional and poor craftsmanship.. major language and cultural differences. Do not be tricked and find yourself unable to discontinue work since you have provided a deposit. This was a nightmare remodel project of epic proportions. Absolutely preventable, but they do not prepare or organize the various stages of a remodel.

I highly recommend this company. I shopped around and read reviews to try and figure out which company to use. It was going to be a big project and I wanted to make sure I got the right company. I am very picky and I really want a fair, honest company especially when you are doing big projects around the house. This is a great company and I'm actually having them come back to do my bathrooms.
