Dan and his team of professionals have been fantastic to work with beginning with the very first visit through to finished installation. Countertops of Syracuse is a one stop shop, coordinating the entire process from start to finish, whereas many other countertop stores leave you to manage the countertop removal and plumbing yourself. This makes the process less stressful as they coordinate all the professionals involved. Dan is thorough in explaining the process and giving helpful suggestions to make sure you're happy with the end result. Our counters were going to require a seam and after discussing the seaming process with Dan, we ended up choosing a different pattern of quartz that would make the seam less visible. We would have never thought to consider that had Dan not been so thorough with giving realistic expectations. We also had an unusual issue arise with our installation that required an innovative solution that Dan and his team were happy to accommodate. All the guys were extremely pleasant when at our home doing work, from the removal to installers to plumbing, and they cleaned up well after each visit. Dan kept his word and got things done within the time frame quoted at a reasonable price. The team was also very good at keeping us updated throughout the process. The finished product turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend anyone looking for new countertops to give Dan and his team a call!

This is an amazing company; Dan helped my parents select the countertops and patiently assisted with every step of the material selection. The quality of the stone and the installation is top notch. The install crew was clean and courteous. Dan and his staff were readily available to answer any questions my parents had throughout the process. Dan went above and beyond including driving out in a snowstorm to pick up a part that my parents wanted installed and was not asked for by me initially, he truly cares for his customers. The attention to detail was excellent, we had 4 walls of counters and an island redone with Pietra Silestone Quartz. We also replaced 2 sinks with undermount sinks including faucets, the team helped us with all the choices and decisions. (Thankfully!) They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Very professional and courteous, even inspecting the finished job, which is beautiful! Made the whole project stress free! Highly recommend Countertops of Syracuse!

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Communication was top notch. The workmanship is very good. From tear out of the old and installation of the new. Timing of everything was spot on, including the plumber. They left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. Answered all questions and made great suggestions. Their showroom is also great. I highly recommend this company.

This experience was positive from beginning to end. Every person that we spoke to through the process was courteous and informative. We were invited into the showroom to see a wide variety of surfaces. The staff that we encountered there were inviting, friendly and answered all of our questions. The installers did an awesome job in a complicated setup where our cabinets were not very level. They met the challenge with a great attitude and now we have the kitchen we've always wanted. The project was a complete success from start to finish. During these unprecedented times of COVID-19 they were very timely and considerate of wearing masks, social distancing, etc. They listened to what we wanted and provided many options. We love our new countertop and definitely recommend Countertops of Syracuse, LLC!

Fabulous family owned and operated company - very helpful with design as well as just "selling a product". Received personalized attention from each member of the team. Keith, Dan, John & Jill were wonderful! A far cry above any service from Lowes, Home Depot or Roma Tile. Some contractors couldn't even be bothered to give me a quote while all I had to do was call and they were in home in less than a day. The install took less than 3 hours and it was spotless when they left. They installed new countertops, sink, garbage disposal and backsplash. My tired kitchen is brand new! I would highly recommend to everyone - and have!

This company was very attentive to our needs and what we wanted. They were prompted and what ever mess they made , they cleaned up. It was quick and everything fit perfectly. When they were finished they even rewiped our counter top down again. A great, friendly and personable company. Would recommend them very highly.

Keith and his son are wonderful! Their crew was professional and when they left you would never know they were there.Everything was left spotless. From the first meeting I was impressed. We went to Lowes first and the installer said the project could not be done without damage to my kitchen..Keith said there would be no issues. I am so pleased with their work they are also doing my daughters kitchen!

Countertops and backsplash came out great! Only complaints we had were delays with scheduling and job completion. Also, getting return phone calls were a problem. Overall we were satisfied with the final outcome, we would definitely recommend them to others.

Keith has decades of experience and worked hard to educate us on what was the most practical butcher block to install. The colors and styles we wanted were not the most practical for durability and longevity. While there was some delay in acquiring and installing everything,Keith worked hard to install our farm style sink so we could have something functional while waiting. I wish we had a little more input on how the bigger piece was composed, but I believe everything Keith did was in our best interest. Overall we are very happy.

Countertops came out Amazing! They were very detail orientated and ensured project was done in a timely manner anf very proffesional yo work with.

Keith is a master installer, no doubt about it. All connections were clean and beautifully done. If I were to offer any advice, I would say that he needs to discuss the project challenges more clearly with the customer and indicate precisely what solutions he is offering. Although the end result is beautiful, I am still unsure about how he addressed certain problems that were underneath the old vanity that was pulled out and what was done in relation to the new installation. The customer needs to know more than that 'he is taking care of everything.' I truly appreciated the work of Jon Celi who was hired to do the painting and who made sure all holes (some very anxiety-provoking) were plugged and the surfaces were smooth. I was pretty impressed that he made multiple visits to the site (my bathroom) to refine the work. He did not leave the project until I was completely satisfied. I developed total confidence in him. Overall, I am mostly happy.
