Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
In the beginning, Latarus went out of his w ay to help us for a very reasonable price, but then the worst happened. We made a deal with him to trade our riding lawnmower for work that we needed done. Not only did he have us buy lumber that he never installed, but he left the first job half done and continued to lie to us about when he'd be out to finish it. We let him take the lawnmower, in good faith, so he could work on it and he essentially stole it. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this man. We are a disabled couple and he didn't even finish the railing on the stairs so my wife can't get up to or down from the front porch without assistance. He's been leading us on for 6 weeks now.
