They are very polite. However, they did not clean up very well after working. When they could not come they did not call to inform us. Always late to the site. When we pointed out some bad areas he stated they wanted to make it right, but we never heard back from them. I think they are just starting out and have a small family, but being professional needs to be more important. The price was not too bad for others we talked to. But attention to detail needs to be more of a priority. The savings we got from them now has to be spent to have someone else come in and finish and repair again.
