We had a window with a broken latch that wouldn't close. It could have been a small job of replacing the latch or a bigger job with the whole window frame and window being replaced. Edson was at our home within an hour of my call and successfully closed the window so that we would be safe and warm. We were impressed with his quick assessment and choices for more permanent solutions to the problem of a broken latch. We are Seniors and he honestly explained the least expensive means for us to consider for our situation. We took his advice. We will definitely use his services again since we DO have a myriad of home jobs to complete. He was professional, courteous, capable and trustworthy.

We can't say anything negative. From the quality of the work and the value of the job performed, to their personable nature and concern for our home environment, they did an outstanding job. The job they performed was terrific; having torn down wallpaper in one bathroom, the walls were in disarray; today one would have never known that we had an issue. The flooring was installed perfectly. And what was even more impressive was the "small stuff". They did a lot of work that could have been described as "above & beyond". At the end, the rooms were cleaned, and the trash was removed.

I contracted Edson to add a stair railing to my front steps. I had contacted a number of other contractors -- who were all reluctant to add a railing to a bricked set of stairs. Working with Edson was a pleasure. Edson quickly responded to my initial request, set up an initial appointment, evaluated the project., provided me with 'samples' for my project and clearly explained his pricing. Edson set a start date and a pre-start confirmation date. Edson showed up on time, completed his efforts on schedule (except for a weather delay). The results were complete, professional -- and had added a great deal of curb appeal to my home.
