Country Glass Professional

I am in need to change the window glass of my master bath above the tub. I have contacted a company country glass professional through Angi . A person came from country glass pro. Came to give the estimate on September 24 @3pm. After done the measurements he told me about the estimate. And told me I have to pay 356.22 in advance that is the 50 percent of the total cost . He will email me invoice and receipt. I paid him 356.22 to him on my credit card. He email me same time after he left I open the email mail but there was no information . I called him and text him about that but they never picked up the phone. He said they Will replace the glass on September 30. But I did not hear anything thing from them . I try to contact them several time but they did not respond. Their mail box is full also . So I can t leave any voicemails. But I texted them several times but no answer. Than I decided to contact Angi.

I thought I read all his reviews but now that I am going back I am finding for the first time these other reviews sharing about this same person. This person, (Company Name Removed) responds to inquiries made on Angi and/or Home Advisors. I did not realize he had multiple company names listed and only read the reviews for this company County Glass Professional. This is a SCAM. Please look at these other company names on Angie and read the reviews. He comes out, he is very nice, he then ask for a deposit on the job and says he will get back to you and never completes the job. Because of the reviews and stars on Angies list I trusted he was on the up and up. I have tried following up a few times via phone and text, but at this point, he has ghosted me, and I am out my deposit. I thought there were some protections using Angies list but I guess I was wrong. As other reviewers have suggested, I will file a complaint with BBB and a police report in hopes someone can stop him from doing this to others.

Polite and professional. Marc was able to get my window pane replaced quickly and beautifully. Would highly recommend.

To my surprise, he also offered same-day glass repair, which was a huge relief. The service was efficient, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Mark and his brother Daniel were passionate about their work and totally invested in delivering superb results. My old window putters grout/putty had severely decayed and needed to be redone. Other contractors came out to bid and said that I should probably just replace the window. Mark saw the windows, realized how much they added to the historic value of the home, and convinced me how passionate he was about his work and the exacting standards they would adhere to. They were easy to work with, flexible in their scheduling, and joy to have around my home. I would highly recommend anyone who has window or other glass work done hire them. Totally pleased with the job they did....and they were fun to have around.
