Chris was very responsive to our needs. He came out to our site, gave an estimate on-site and provided us with written follow-up by mail. He came out to our house and completed project in timely manner meeting and exceeding our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone and will have more work done by him. Great contractor! Very happy with his work.

Exceptional work - they worked very hard and went over the top to do a good job. I will use again. Only thing I would have them change is to have oversight from Chris after project start. Although the crew managed themselves very well, Chris did not observe progress at any points during or after the project. I did not have a "go-to" lead person to discuss the project in progress. Crew was very friendly and was eager to answer questions throughout. Crew adapted well to issues I pointed out. Project was large-scale weeding and mulching job.

With many landscaping companies, you reach a machien when you attempt to call them and it may take several days to get a return call. Country has live people and the people on the road have cell phones. You can reach anyone you need to. The quote for the work came very quickly and was presented in a professional manner. It was clear exactly what I am agreeing to. Further, their work is as good as their customer service, I highly recomend them.

The three gentlemen who worked at my home today were very friendly and wanted to make sure I was very happy with the result of the job. I had several stumps removed, and a very large tree trimmed. They made sure every last branch that I wanted removed was taken away to my satisfaction. Already today, I have given your name and number to my sister in law for some work she needs completed. My problem was not resolved, upon completion of the work performed. When it rained, Water still collected in the same location. I've since made the necessary adjustments. I must say, however, that the workers did their best. Their superviser/boss should have made an effort to check to work after completion.

I had canceled with this company and then they showed up to do the work. The work was not done to my satisfaction. I gave them the oportunity to come back and fix the problem and they never got back to me. They didn't do the job that we agreed to. There was no communication. I would not hire them.

The company's representative came to give me an estimate and has agreed to do the job. While I think the price is within range, it is not a bargain price. I am going to assume that the work will be superior for the price that I am being charged. Communication seems to be the problem. No real effort is being made to finalize the contract.
