"After beginning the job, it was discovered that this customer had severe electrical wiring problems that were dangerous and not up to code. Work could not continue until these issues were corrected by a licensed electrician. It took this customer 2-1/2 months to finally get the electric work done, and I remained in contact with him throughout. Two days after he notified me that the wiring was up to code, I returned and finished the job. The price for the job never changed and the only reason it took so long overall was because of the customer's delay in retaining an electrician. What's even more curious is that after this review the customer has requested further work from us."

Swimming Pool Covers Installation and Replacement
Do not expect return call when there are problems after service completed and after payment made. The equipment provided with project failed within a week. The winter cover was not properly installed. The charge for services exceeded the estimate.

"We properly and professionally installed a new solid safety cover with cover pump to the homeowner complete satisfaction on 10/15/2016. A week after the installation we were informed that the cover pump supplied by the cover company broke. Two days later we replaced the pump with a better pump then the cover company supplied him with. There was an increase for the bid due to the customer changing the color of the cover once it was in production. On 11/22/2018 this review was made. I made several calls and left multiple messages to find out any other issues."

Joe is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and cares about the quality of his work. We have used him for a few years opening and closing our pool. This year we had significant wrinkles in our liner and Joe worked so diligently in order to remove them for us. We decided to use him for maintaining our pool as well. Very personable, quality work and honest. Highly recommend!

I spent three times trying to get a contract so they would honor my opening date of May 21, a date important to me because I wanted to have it completed prior to my surgery. I finally received a contract which I completed requesting an additional hour of service at $125 for which I returned the contract with payment. No one showed up or called on 05/21/18. When i called they said they never received anything. I asked why I couldnt pay online which I was finally allowed to do. When Joe the owner finally showed up he accused me of not sending the check on time and called me a liar and to never call his business. I have never been treated that way by a vendor and still can hardly believe it. I then had to hire someone else who was professional, timely and pleasant.
