Mr. Guthrie made me feel completely at ease about the work to be performed on my house (siding and screened porch repair) and took the extra time to help me understand in detail what would be repaired or replaced. The finished result surpassed my expectations and I would gladly recommend Countryside to my friends and family!

I received bids from 4 Birmingham siding firms before deciding on Countryside. Al Guthrie provided the most detailed, accurate and competitive bid of all competing firms. Since virtually all companies are providing material produced by Crane Manufacturing, the integrity of the installation team is crucial. Countryside's team is first rate. Al Guthrie was at the job site each day to ensure that his standards were being kept at every milestone. They crew was courteous and respectful of our privacy and cleaned up the job site each evening for the safety of the children. Absolutely satisfied with all aspects of this job!

Mr. Guthrie and his crew were prompt and courteous while performing a great job. Mr. Guthrie helped with choosing the aesthetically best siding for the house. The house looks fantastic now.

Mr. Guthrie does everything is his power to make sure the job is done correctly and that the customer is satifisied. the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the installers he sub-contracted to. They were decent, but would overlook details especially at the end of the day. If you went behind them and pointed out the detail they missed they would gladly fix them, but it took extra time to do this.

From the first meeting we were impressed with their professionalism and care to make sure we received the best possible product for our money. They made sure to communicate clearly everything we needed to know from ordering to detailed information about installation. Our questions were answered before we thought of them. On installation day, the installers were very neat and courteous. They did everything they could to make sure our windows were installed to perfection. We can't say thanks enough. Al was extremely helpful in planning the job. He made suggestions regarding color and material that significantly improved the final product. Every member of the work crew was courteous and extremely careful regarding damage to plants, light fixtures, etc.. They all seemed to be very concerned that the work be to our satisfaction. The job was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. Price was just about what we expected.
