Countryside Home Cleaners, LLC

Would recommend. Easy to communicate with and provide quality work!

I hired this company for the first time based on their five-star reviews, but the cleaning was definitely a two-star final product. I requested a one-time deep-clean. When the cleaner was "finished" I had to ask for some "touch ups" to dirt spots on the floors, grease streaks on the kitchen floor from shoes, and to have her revisit the stainless steel appliances which were still covered in spots. The touch ups were done poorly, and it became obvious that no amount of additional requests were going to make it better. In the end, the stainless steel appliances still had spots all over them, the top of the range still had grease on it, the floors still had grease marks on them, the bathroom wastepaper baskets were still un-emptied, the kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned, and it was clear that she had dusted around books and decor pieces on our shelves without picking anything up--leaving dust outlines around everything. I hate leaving a bad review, but I cannot recommend this company.

Jessica and Kimberly were great! They were very thorough and worked quickly. They were even fun to talk with while they worked! I will be using them regularly now.

The cleaning was excellent. The representatives made exceptional efforts to assist me and comply with my needs and the way I like to have the house cleaned. They used non- chemical cleaning supplies and paid attention to all, including areas that are hard to reach. They were so pleasant and clearly took pride in their work, which made it all a very good experience and a pleasure to have them working in the house. I have a dog and appreciated that they apparently have much consideration for pets as well. I feel very comfortable leaving my new house in their care. Dorrit
