Poor lack of performance, the garage was never built. He lied to us about conditions. 10 months have gone with $27,000 of our money and no garage has been built. Poor communication, he rarely returns our phone calls. He has not communicated with us for the last 5 weeks since the completion of the excavation. He has not returned the call to us for the next phase of the project which is the pouring of concrete flooring and carpentry work. The contract was signed back in May of 2021 and we are still waiting almost 11 months later for a project projected to have taken 4 months to complete.

Fast free quote on a counter top install, they did the work on time and for the price quoted. The installer, Mike, even custom cut my window sill so the faucet we ordered would fit properly. Very professional business, planning to hire again for additional work. Would recommend.
