Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
This is a follow up to the complaint
A field managers assistant called me yesterday. I explained all the details in the body of the complaint. She said she would call me back today with a resolution. I never received a call from anyone. I can?t believe after all I have been through and this is acceptable customer service.
I will never shop at Home Depot again after this experience. You just lost a customer for life!
All I was asking for was 10% of the cost it the door and installation (Aprox $150 for compensation for three lost days due to their lack of customer service.
As for Zachary Bennington and Allyssa, i can?t believe Home Depot has you as a contractor. Poor customer service, no sense of urgency. Overall I rate your company a 0 out of 10. Do not use them for your home improvement business. You will have a horrible experience.
They kept saying this is out of my control. Over and over again

From the very beginning to the final window installation, I couldn't have been happier with County Line Carpentry! They gave us a nice quote, showed up for the job when they said they would, did quality, professional installation and cleaned up when the job was complete. Our house looks years newer and there are no more spiders and small insects living in the window sill corners. I love County Line Carpentry and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve your home!!

After reaching out to multiple companies wanting to have a few of my windows & my back door replaced, I came across County Line. They were very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. The gentleman came out quickly to measure and did a fantastic job on everything! Highly recommend!!

They were great to work with. Made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. Showed up on time , cleaned up mess and hauled away. They will be back to replace a broken window we have. Thanks again!
