The owner was quite knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable estimate for the installation of eight windows. The work crew were professional, friendly and did an excellent job, including cleaning up when finished. I highly recommend them!

This isn’t the first time County remodeling has done work for us! I added above windows, siding and doors because they did that a few years ago for us, and were great to work with. We were happy to have them back to help remodel our basement and add a shower to our bathroom. They did great work! My bathroom is exactly as i had envisioned in my head. I absolutely love it!! The quality of workmanship and materials used is above and beyond my expectations. Respectful of property, friendly, easy to work with. Will definitely hire again! The flooring material was excellent quality. The job was done in a timely manner, I really appreciate that. The finished basement floor was amazing, my whole family loves it, and it's now the fun hot spot in the house!!

Dave and his crew used good materials and did really solid work. The new tub and tiling look great and are exactly what we wanted. He even came back to fix a hidden issue that showed up after the job was paid for -- much appreciated. He was responsive, helpful, and honest with his pricing; surprisingly rare among other contractors I had bid for the work. I will be keeping County Remodeling in mind for my next job.

This professional team completed several projects for me in the last few years. Projects include the removal and replacement of 17 doors and all baseboards in the entire house; replacement of a custom-made oval window; stair banister replacement and renovation of the existing newel posts and handrails. Current project includes kitchen remodeling including cabinets, counter tops, and backsplash replacements. Their team has a real attention to detail which was evident during the design phase, throughout the installation and even in the cleanup. They are very easy to work with, very responsive to emails and calls and they aim to please. They produce high-quality work and provide good customer service. THANK YOU COUNTY REMODELING!!!! We called multiple companies for bids on a very large project, remodeling and repairing the family home we inherited. Dave was the first contractor to show up prepared, he took measurements and made sketches for his reference during the first walk through. As we walked through the house and I explained all of my crazy ideas, Dave took the time to explain to us if something would not work, why it wouldn’t work and offered suggestions to get as close to my idea as possible. We received the bid within a few days, it was detailed and easy to follow with no hidden language. The bid had a break down of cost per room to give us the option of only working on one area at a time if we needed to for financial reasons. County Remodeling offers the ability to sign the contract online, that made it easier for us since both my husband and I work different hours. The bid was right in the middle of all 5 bids we received but covered more work then the rest of the companies. Dave came back for a second walk through to make sure he spoke with us face to face to give us step by step plans for how this would go, and since this is the first time we have ever hired a contractor for major repairs, he put our minds at ease. He informed us who would be in the house working each day and that he would be at the job site almost every day if not every day, and he was. The crew (Kevin and Justin) came in and started demo on time and very quickly, we were so pleasantly surprised how clean everyone worked, and how respectful they were of the time they started, since my husband works nights they did not start any work until after 8 am at our request. Kevin and Justin worked quickly and quietly. Every day they picked up all tools and supplies and wiped everything down before they left, they even brought the trashcans back in from the street on trash days and brought in any packages delivered. Dave oversaw every step, and if something did not look perfect he made sure it was corrected immediately. Kevin and Justin were very polite and even helped my daughter hang a clock in her new room and moved her furniture back into place when they were done, and Dave made sure her room was finished first so she could settle in and be comfortable. They all took the time to answer any questions any of us had and were always respectful. As with any construction there are always surprises, Dave handled each extremely well and always offered multiple solutions to correct any and all issues. Dave offered a few simple solutions to help keep the repairs they were doing from becoming damaged again, for example, the storm door was extremely old and tilted just enough to allow water to come in when it was raining and was causing damage to the wooden door and front entryway, instead of just replacing the wooden door and repairing the entryway, he suggested to replace the storm door as well to prevent future damage. There was also a large leak in the roof that caused a lot of plaster damage, we were told the roof had been repaired, however when Dave was fixing the plaster he noticed there was still some moisture getting in and he informed us he was concerned. Luckily it rained a ton and Dave was able to see where the water was getting in and was able to repair a hole in the brick behind the gutter outside. When the hardwood floors were repaired Dave gave me the information for the best type of cleaner and polisher to keep the floors looking amazing and revitalize the older parts of the floors that were not refinished. Dave was sure to speak to us about each changes we were making, and even advised on resale value when we were making final decisions. Our house has finally become our home with the help of these amazing men. They all took the time to be sure all details were perfect and we couldn’t be happier. We still have additional changes to make on the house in the future and we will be calling Dave for all of our changes and repairs.

Dave did a fantastic job with the repair and works with you personally to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. A large section of sheeting and a few studs were badly rotted due to years of hidden water damage. The insurance company provided a contractor to perform an estimate, but they never identified where the water was getting behind the siding and the estimate seemed excessive, so I gave Dave a call. He came out immediately the next morning to take a look. Within about 30 seconds after I showed him the situation, he was able to identify the source of the problem and a solution. He was able to do a much less invasive but complete repair compared to the original estimate and the price was far below that of the original estimate as well. It took a little while to get scheduled since I was frequently traveling out of town and it was around the holiday season, but once I was on the schedule, Dave started work within a week or so. I was away on business when Dave came by to do the repair so in order to keep me in the loop, Dave graciously took plenty of pictures and sent them to me throughout the day so I could see exactly what he was doing and how he was doing it. Dave was finished with the repair at the end of the day and came by the next morning to clean up. When I came back home that section of the house looked brand new.

Dave started working with us when we really didn't know what we wanted and he helped us formulate the design and change the arrangement. It took a while (our fault) due to picking out stone, colors, etc. However, once we started, things went smooth and Dave was very particular about the details. We made several changes from the initial concept to the design including upgrades in the cabinets and stone. He was there suggesting the little things that really improved the overall project. Price was listed as a B - however Dave has good contacts and does direct dealings to keep his prices affordable for the consumer. The B rating came from the stone and should not be a reflection on Dave's work (just overall price of the project). The stone for the countertop was difficult for us (were are particular) and finding the right stone took time and several wholesalers. These companies would only give a grade and the fabricator had to provide the price. Several times we were told one grade at the wholesaler and a different grade for the same stone at the fabricator. Again, This was out of Dave's hands however wanted others to be aware to plan for their project. Just to level set everyone, for those looking at granite we picked a stone that was an "F" (prices start as grade A and increase from there). Overall he not only gave us a great kitchen, when the wife talked about other projects he suggested ideas and comments to help us from where to go to how to approach it if I wanted to do it. Overall project consisted of Consultation, Design, Demo, Caprentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Cabinetry, Tile, Molding and Countertops.

Wonderful! Dave and his team were very efficient and thorough. I guarantee our deck will not move an inch. It looks SO nice and we are very happy with it. We would recommend County Remodeling to anyone who wants quality work done.

Great! The price was well below other suppliers I reached out to. The windows look really good, Dave did a great job. He also recommended a few touchups that we would need to do, not related to the windows. Communication probably could have been better but I would recommend County Remodeling to anyone needing some work done in the house. They did a great job and at a great price!

They worked with me on scheduling a visit to my home. I was hoping for some suggestions for a creative design, at least some real design. What I got was just 4 very simple drawings showing not much more than what I have. Not really what i was expecting. But like I said it was a $50 package.

Dave's guys did a quality job and were very responsive to the limited time I had to do the job. I first used County Remodeling over 17 years ago for a kitchen remodel. Since then we have used them to remodel our bathroom, living room, and dining room. They always do quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for just about anything needed to be done around your house.

Dave was always on time and reasonably priced and shares great advice. He’s very thorough and clean and trustworthy.
