County Wide was the only company that actually answered the phone when I called and was not an answering service. They were able to schedule me quickly, even in this cold weather. The employee that came out was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so I could understand. He got my furnace working that same day!! Thank you.

Brandon replaced a capacitor. It took 10 minutes to remove the cover on the outside ac unit test it replaces a $30 capacitor. Brandon was professional nice but I feel I was overcharged. $365// $44 service call fee to be applied to the bill. Every business has overhead but this was excessive!

Sorry you feel you were overcharged, there is more to the charge than just a capacitor, please give me a call at your earliest convenience and I can give you a more thorough explanation. After that, if youre still unhappy I don't mind refunding you some money to make you happy. We perform around 1200 jobs per year and our goal here at County Wide is to please every customer. I have an older central air system that would not turn on. Nick came out and diagnosed the problem. He got my system up and running quickly; just in time for a heat wave. The problem was bigger than I hoped, but I gained confidence I was give correct advice about what needed to be done. Nick was knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable way. He was friendly, on time, worked efficiently and did quality work, In addition to Nick, owner Rick reached out to make sure I understood everything and was a satisfied customer. I wish to point out Nick tried a less involved and less expensive fix that did not work. He essentially donated that time without charging for it. I appreciate that they tried to solve my problem in the most economical way possible. I highly recommend this firm and will use them again.

Such great customer service! I was completely comfortable with the technicians being in and around my home for the extent of this formidable (5+ days) project. They had to remove a 46-year-old a/c system and a 59-year-old heating system from a second story roof attic through ceiling-only access, and then clean up the mess and install all new equipment. They were tidy, quiet, respectful, and efficient through it all. Three of us worked from home during the process and were all able to proceed relatively undisturbed. The process was painless and the end result outstanding. I greatly appreciate the work and the workers.

These wonderful people made everything so easy! It was the actual installer who came to give the estimate so he know exactly what to do. There were no surprises or hidden costs. He was very knowledgeable about what system would be best for us and from estimate to finished product was just 5 days. He left everything neat and tidy as if no one had been there! Now my upstairs is so nice and cool and the system is so efficient that it only runs half the time the old one did. I LOVE county Wide and from now on I will use them for all my plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs!

Countywide removed and installed the old furnace and air conditioning units and installed new ones, along with replacing ALL the old ductwork. The technician, Brendon, was thoroughly organized and kept us informed each day as to what he was doing for the day. Drop cloths covered the floor completely on the stairs and upstairs landing and were removed every day, keeping the area clean with no damage to the carpet when the installation was done. Brendon completely redesigned the ductwork and cleaned and replace all the vents and shafts. He cleaned the attic area where he was working so there would be no damage to the new install. He is an exceptional technician who takes great pride in his work. I checked on the pricing with neighbors who had similar work done and our price was unbeatable. The owner of Countywide, Rick Edwards also kept us in the loop as to what was happening. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Countywide. Thorough, professional. and highly competent all apply to our job. Would hire this company again in an instant!
