Quality of work was fantastic. Had some trouble contacting them, but received call back within 2 days. Took remodel over a year, but likely due to COVID related issues. Would definitely recommend. Prices matched insurance pricing

We are not quite finished yet, but this does not change my review: I can say that this will end the same way it has been managed from day one: very well done. CWS has been A1 Construction Organization, starting with Management/Owners to every worker. My property is a high end, and with a broken hot water line in the ceiling, the damage was extensive: dining room, guest bathroom, ceilings, hallways. It also involved insurance: all very worrisome. Finding a construction company that actually had real reviews, was not easy. I went with CWS because of their reviews. With over 30 years of experience, they brought that experience, and I experienced it every day in the form of Professionalism A1, Craftsmanship A1, Cleanliness A1, Punctuality A1, Communications A1, Respectfulness A1. This is a true organization with a chain of command, starting with the owners, and extending to every craftsperson. They have been their word from the day they arrived to evaluate the problem, to present. The entire team is informed and informative. Financially speaking, they are honest, and my insurance company observed the same. Their work scope is not a guess, it is thorough, detailed, understandable (even to me) and it bears repeating, honest. On their team, I have worked with Mark (owner) Matt (family), Stephanie (Family), Brittany, Jim (over 30 years in the field, truly awesome individual), Josh, Luke, (Family) Robby, Luis X2. The performance and accountability of every individual have been A1. When we renovate, I will definitely have CWS back, for the workmanship and peace of mind. This organization has integrity, a strong relationship with its word, and with time. They are all really good people!

Extremely knowledgeable team from the Project Manager to each pro working on our home. CWS always let me know which days the team would be onsite and called the night before to reconform the time for the next day. The pros were polite, professional and got the job done perfectly. I'd hire CWS again in a heartbeat.

CR was there the same afternoon when the mold was first discovered. CR took pictures and formal quote was available a few days. Work began following week. Took two weeks to complete and company give referrals for air quality assessment companies.

CWS came to my rescue after an environmental specialist found mold in my house. I interviewed 3 companies, and CWS was by far the best one I could have chosen. They took care of everything from the mold remediation to the final restoration, and in a truly professional way. I trusted them from the beginning. Theyà ¢à  à  re just good people, and they know their business. It was a pleasant experience working with them. Stephanie is very helpful and delightful. I directed every question and concern to her, and she put me in contact with the person who could answer me. There was not one frustrating moment in dealing with this company. They explained everything they were doing and why. You can tell just by talking with each one of them that they know what theyà ¢à  à  re doing, and that they are truly conscious about doing a job well and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. CWS is family owed and operated. Licensed and Insured. Very customer oriented. Assessment and equipment setup was very professional. Minimum space was utilized and the crews were very respectful of our home areas. Very confident in CWS capability to correct the problem. Crews were on time everyday and worked full days. I used an independent inspection / testing company and CWS passed all required parameters - first time. Pricing was very competitive and CWS is experienced in utilizing common insurance claims. CWS is a must for water damage or mold remediation projects. I recommend CWS and would use them again.

Poor at communicating scope and timing of the work. They left the job with an odor without addressing the source of the odor. They over-charged for extras. They seemed too busy to pay timely attention to my job.

I wish there was a higher rating so I could give it to CW. This is a family run business. They are professional, experienced and such nice people. I had gotten a $7,000 quote for restoration work from a company my insurance company recommended. CW came in and did more and the highest quality work For $4,000 less!!! The first company told me they could not match the 4ft by 5ft area of flooring that was damaged and I would need to replace all of my flooring. That would have been at least an additional $8,000! CW found the matching laminate saving me that expense. Thank you so much CW!!!

County Wide Services is a family-owned and operated mold restoration company. However, they harbor a team of skilled workers that are capable of tackling ANYTHING you need. We had the unfortunate experience of discovering mold underneath our kitchen sink of our new house. We immediately grew concerned about the health of our family and reached out to County Wide to inquire about their remediation services. We were taken care of like part of the family when Stephanie provided amazing customer service and quick responses to all of our questions. She sent Matt to inspect the area and we were provided a quote within the next day! When a detailed report of everything we needed to have done was available Matt helped us throughout the process of getting our Homeowner's insurance on board with covering this project in a timely manner. Work began quickly and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Most companies involved in restoration, construction, and general contracting services hire subcontractors to do their dirty work for them, but not County Wide. When working with CWS you can expect to see the same handful of people throughout the duration of your project and they are all directly working for this company in specific. They are kind, prompt, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Not only did they take care of our mold issue, but they gave us a beautiful, functional new kitchen that we simply couldn't love more. I REFUSE TO USE ANYONE ELSE for our future projects! We hired Matt for mold mitigation and when they came and looked at the job they convinced my elderly mother that we needed to put in an new kitchen for $21000 and have paid them $2800 and all of the work was sub standard and we feel that he were taken advantage of so we fired them, all that has been done is take out the old kitchen, and now I have hired someone else to complete the work

Top notch group of people from the get-go. Can't say enough about their people, the effort they made to get this done before Christmas, the result, the timeliness, the quality of their finish work.
