The deck was built well, on tine, and for a reasonable amount of money. Two problems arose - one was resolved perfectly, and the other was attempted fairly. We are going to live with it.

Ralph and his guys are unbelievable, they did a great job, and I recommend them to anyone to use in the future.

The final result is beautiful. The men doing the work were prompt and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project came in at the agreed upon price. We are very happy with our new porch.

Ralph and his crew did a great job replacing my roof. While removing my old roof they discovered that I had 2 layers of shingles on my roof. They didn't even charge extra for that, which was great. It was very windy during the removal/installation which caused a larger mess. The crew came back a few times to clean up until we were satisfied. It took only 2 days the remove the roof, install the new roof, and install new gutters. Ralph also helped me install a new basement window!

This was the first remodel job I've done and so I was a little nervous about it. The workers are friendly and didn't hesitate to talk to me when I had questions. Once I contacted Countywide, the owner came , listened to what we wanted, measured everything and within a week provided a detailed plan on how the deck was to be built. We asked for a slightly larger build and a revised quote was delivered with a very short time. Once the startup fee was paid, the deck was completed within a week and a half. Very nicely done. I would definitely recommend Countywide for this or related projects.

First I would like to say that I have been a carpenter for almost 20 yrs., and I have done almost every aspect of residential construction so I know the ins and outs of this field. My house that I built was in need of a new roof. The pitch was pretty steep a 10 on 12 and with my age getting up there I decided to contract the job out. I've been out of the business for quite a few years so I lost all my contacts. I decided to go on home advisor and got some estimates. I hired Ralph from Countywide to do the job and I am glad I did. Right from the start soon as I called Ralph he was over my house within one hour looking at the job. The estimate was very reasonable and the job was started in less then a week. I was amazed at the crew they came over and completed the job in 8 hrs. They put down 30 square of shingles. I was out there watching to make sure they were doing a good job and you can tell right from the start these guys were professionals. I am very fussy especially when it comes to my home because of my pride that I built it with my very own hands and let me tell you the roof came out great. Ralph is a very honest and trusting contractor and would recommend him to everyone. He will go above and beyond for his customers. Excellent experience, excellent results. Highly recommended. Easy to work with Ralph who was honest, upfront, easy to work with. Things just got done (outside of rain delays). Had the entire deck redone, replaced a privacy wall, and installed new handrails/stairs leading to backyard.
