Courtesy Plumbing is a great company, and James was extremely helpful and friendly. My new water heater was installed a bit crooked, though, which isn’t great. But in general, I liked the company and they were happy to answer any questions and provide some tips and help with a couple other minor issues during the free estimate. It was that extra level of service that made me decide to go with Courtesy for the water heater installation, even though the cost was higher than average.

Water heater went out on me . Was recommended by home advisor glad I used this site. Frankie was early and very polite and professional. He did a great job and would recommend this company to others. Any future plumbing will be with this company.

Courtesy Plumbing is a great name for this company. The plumber explained things clearly (backup sump pump installation) and reassuringly. Work was neat and efficient. I would definitely use again.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Iv used them for several things, water heater sewer line repair etc. They try to work with their customers when it comes to price.

They came out the same day during a snow storm to replace the water heater, did the job quickly and left the place cleaner than when they got here.

After filling out emergency project, they called me immediately on Christmas Eve! We set up appt for day after Christmas at 9am. Punctual arrival, checked out hot water heater and found no problem; he re-lit and thoroughly tested. Also told me it was under warranty through another company should I have any future problems. Reasonable service call fee of $125 - honest and punctual. I would absolutely use and refer them without hesitation.
