Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Courtesy Plumbing is a great company, and James was extremely helpful and friendly. My new water heater was installed a bit crooked, though, which isnt great. But in general, I liked the company and they were happy to answer any questions and provide some tips and help with a couple other minor issues during the free estimate. It was that extra level of service that made me decide to go with Courtesy for the water heater installation, even though the cost was higher than average.

They came out the same day during a snow storm to replace the water heater, did the job quickly and left the place cleaner than when they got here.

After filling out emergency project, they called me immediately on Christmas Eve! We set up appt for day after Christmas at 9am. Punctual arrival, checked out hot water heater and found no problem; he re-lit and thoroughly tested. Also told me it was under warranty through another company should I have any future problems. Reasonable service call fee of $125 - honest and punctual. I would absolutely use and refer them without hesitation.

The guys at Courtesy Plumbing are honest and caring! After a plumber left our home in a mess, Courtesy Plumbing has fixed our water tank, injector pump, and sump pump. They even performed a smoke test when sewer gas was leaking into our home after the other plumber didn't seal the pipes properly. They are prompt to reply and quick to come and help. And they are very fair on their prices. I would recommend them to anyone!
