Had some rotted fascia boards that Scott repaired quickly and efficiently. The roof area needed new underlayment so clay tiles needed to be lifted an replaced. All happened in short order. He did a great job. He assessed my roof and recommended new underlayment for entire roof in near future as it is 30 years old.

Scott came by earlier than scheduled which worked out great for me. He found and sealed up a minor leak for me.

Project: Clean a Roof
I had some initial issues with the start of the project, they started but did not finish a project that was supposed to take about 4 hours. I was not contacted by anyone as to when they would complete the job. Several days went by and I received a call asking for payment on the job. I explained the job was not done, I was not happy etc. That is when Jackie got involved and everything started to move in the proper direction. Every company at one point might have a job fall through the cracks, but once they knew about it they moved quickly and promptly to fix the situation. They provided outstanding customer service and I will be happy to use them for all of my roofing needs in the future. Outstanding people!!! Job well done!!!

I do renovations and resells (flips). I always use roofing companies to handle the roofing issues. Until now, I had not found a company to provide an experience good enough to reuse their services. When collecting bids, David from Courtesy Roofing was the only Estimator to go on the roof. Details matter to me; I received a confirmation call about our appointment the day of. David was on time and before he left he handed me an estimate based on the details he could observe. I communicated back and forth with David to verify my understanding of the scope of work. When I made a decision to use Courtesy, they added a new point of contact, Nicole. Note I said "added" not handed off. My experience has been once the Estimator gives you a price you never see or hear from them again. David kept in contact with me every step of the way. Nicole called and introduced herself, notified me of a start date for the crew and gave me the name of the project Foreman, Jesus. The quality experience continued with Jesus. He was on the job for for two or three days, when a major problem was uncovered and it was clear additional work was going to be needed. This is the unseen and unknown damage that MOST companies out there will put the screws to you. Jesus immediately called the problem to my attention and notified his office. I received a call from David to go over the information and it wasn't the call I normally get; telling me of a price increase. David let me know what would be done to determine the repairs and informed me he would get back to me with options. When the discovery work was completed by Jesus reported details to the office and informed me he would return when we decide how to proceed. Just as he did each day, before leaving he cleaned everything up and left his equipment neatly on the side of the house so not to interfere with other work being done. David and Scott, the General Manager communicated the options to me, the additional work required, and the cost associated with each option. The days of delay created a new obstacle because the house was being treated for termites and we were running out of time to get the new wood installed. Jesus had been moved to another location and a new timeline had been established on my job. A new Foreman, Joel, and larger crew arrived to insure the work would be completed on time, and the new materials included in the termite treatment. The day before work restarted Nicole communicated the new schedule and introduced the new Foreman. David remained engaged with me, while out of the country assuring me his GM, Scott would all get handled. The day Joel and his crew arrived Jesus was there to communicate exactly what he found. Joel and his crew went to work at a torrid pace to meet the fast approaching deadline. The point of all this detail, is they operate with professionalism and they care about the customer. Everyone involved at Courtesy pays attention to the details. I was never left wondering what was supposed to happen next. Scott made multiple trips to inspect the work. David was communicating from another country. Each call to Nicole was followed up with a call back. Both Jesus's and Joel's crews worked professionally. Even Dylan the young man sent to pick up the debris was courteous and helpful within his job. I gave Scott the final payment and he still sent someone back to redo something HE didn't like. As a "Flipper" I completely appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail and communication and this is a job site to me not my home. For a homeowner this would be a tremendous experience. Spending money on a roof is not fun. It is expensive for something you don't get to sit and admire when it is finished. Even for my work it is a "necessary" not a "desire". Courtesy Roofing makes the process better. Every person you speak with makes you feel they care and want you to be ...
