If you could give negative stars, I would. Tally the owner is one of the most dishonest man I have ever met and done business with. I happen to be in the construction industry and the way he handled this project was horrible. Once you tell him to move forward on the project you will never see him again until he wants paid. On my project he told me not to pay him until it was finished and I?m happy with the job. He still has not completed the job and sent an attorney after me. He hires all subcontractors and you would think Tally and his team would meet with them so everyone is on the same page. That does not happen. It is going on two years and I have paid Courtland Roofing with incomplete job from them. From putting on the wrong ridge caps to throwing away my heat tape and trying to charge me to put new on. From unprofessional craftsmanship to the whole operation is just poor quality and customer service. If you are in need of a new roof or any other service Tally offers, RUN AWAY!!

They were fantastic! They worked directly with our insurance and made it a stress free process.

Great job. Excellent service. They agreed to put the dumpster in the alley rather than the driveway. They cleaned up very well too. I would hire them again.

Completed the work as quickly as they could in the winter weather. No leakage from start to finish even though weather was a slight problem. Slightly slow in clean up but again weather was a challenge. Worked hard when here. Definitely good value for the money!!!
